PORTRAIT SESSION NOTICES

• Full session fee due at time of session

• In the Military?  Receive 10% off your portrait session!  (Must show valid ID)

• Travel fees may apply outside of Hampton Roads area

• Includes minor touch-ups to select photos  -  Allow up to 3 weeks for processing of photos (For Weddings - Allow up to 8 weeks for processing)

  • Jon will select the best images to edit & include in your online gallery

  • Images selected for editing will be in focus (unless out of focus for artistic value), will be color correct w/ believable skin tones & will not have over exposed highlights or under exposed shadows (unless for artistic value)

• Online Gallery of your images hosted on our website for viewing & ordering

• Portrait Sessions include the option to download the High Resolution images or receive a USB drive

  • Purchase & Ownership of High Resolution images gives you a Print Release

  • Print Release is for personal use only

  • You cannot edit the photos or claim them as your own (We retain full copyrights)

  • If posting a picture on social media, please tag our business or one of us personally.

• We accept Cash;  Venmo / Zelle;  Checks (with photo ID);  PayPal or Credit Card (+ 6% VA sales tax);  or Deposit/Transfer into our Business Checking Acct. at Navy Federal Credit Union (We will provide Acct. #)
